CARCAR CITY HALL
Design and Build of Carcar City Hall

Built in the New City Center of Carcar, this 4-storey structure with 8-storey tower houses the city’s government offices and other public service offices. With a floor area of 14,700 sq.m., this edifice incorporates heritage aesthetics with modern facilities, appropriately setting the icon of the Heritage City of Cebu.

Considered to be the earliest form of PPP (Public-Private Partnership), the Pag-Ibig Fund – WT Corporate Tower is a testament to the company’s commitment to embrace innovation and continual improvement.

Strategically located in the business center of Cebu, the 14-storey structure with a total floor area of 14,500 sq.m., complemented by 3-levels of basement parking, is among the most ideal choice for commercial offices. With its unique design, the tower is among the most iconic buildings in the area.

This 6-storey edifice with 1 basement level houses the municipality’s government offices, private banks and other public service offices.
CEBU INT’L CONVENTION CENTER
Construction of Cebu International Convention Center (CICC)

The Cebu International Convention Center stands on a 3.8 hectare lot with 750 open space parking slots. The structure was built as the venue for the 12th Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Summit.
CEBU CITY HALL ANNEX BUILDING

The Cebu City Hall Annex Building was built to house the ever-expanding offices of the City Government in line with the rapid industrialization and modernization of Cebu City.
​
The 8-Storey edifice with one (1) basement for parking which was completed ahead of its contract schedule, has continued to serve the City Government, and ultimately, the people of the City of Cebu up to today. This project was constructed and completed under Turn-Key basis.
TALISAY CITY HALL

The Talisay City Hall stands on a 4.60 hectare lot along the South Road Properties and was completed seven (7) months ahead of schedule.
​
Although built with a classic façade, the structure is complete with modern interior finishes and facilities, with its hallways surfaced with exquisite marble tiles, and its lobby showcased by a grand staircase topped off with a huge chandelier.

The Cebu CFI Building is a 9-storey structure plus 1 basement level located within the Capitol Compound in Cebu City.

This building serves as the headquarters of the Cebu CFI Community Cooperative. Other floors are leased to private offices.
