This depressed structure with side roads on both sides located along the busy highway of N. Bacalso Avenue stretches 0.7 km providing a vertical clearance of 5.5m and built with a bored wall foundation depth of at least 18m.

This 8-lane highway serves as the major thoroughfare of the new rising central business district in Mandaue City where several malls, hotels, hospitals, schools, and other business establishments are located.
SERGING OSMEÑA CONCRETING
Rehabilitation/ Road Concreting of Serging Osmeña Boulevard

This 8-lane highway starts from the approach of the Cebu South Coastal Road Tunnel and stretches to the boundary between Cebu City and Mandaue City along the North Reclamation Area, serving the Cebu Domestic and International Port, as well as other major establishments in the area.

These two (2) U-Turn Depressed Structures were built along the coastline at both ends of the reclaimed land known as the Cebu South Road Properties.
​
Aside from being along the sea, another major challenge of the project was the low working headroom of only 2m, as these structures were each built under the approaches of two (2) separate existing bridges located directly along the shoreline.

The widening of this cluster of bridges were undertaken due to the increase in the volume of vehicles. These bridges are located along the only highway which connects to the cities and municipalities of the south where several factories, industries, and other business establishments are located.
TALISAY PORT & TALISAY FISH PORT
Construction of Talisay Port Rock Causeway with

This Talisay Port and Talisay Fish Port includes a rock causeway with reinforced concrete deck and RORO ramp.
​
With a total area of 15,000 sq.m., the Talisay Port was built to accommodate local vessels from neighboring provinces and cities to help decongest the overcrowded Cebu Port. This project was implemented in cooperation with the Cebu Port Authority.
​
The Talisay Fish Port, on the other hand, which has a total area of 5,000 sq.m., was built for the constituents of Talisay City.
WT TAYUD PRIVATE WHARF

This 5-hectare private wharf project is owned and funded by WT Construction, Inc. for the purpose of establishing a landing facility to cater to the company’s barging activities for the transport of construction materials and proposed precast panels, pre-stressed piles and other concrete products in support of its construction business.
​
This wharf is strategically located adjacent to the company’s property located in Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu.
SRP CEBU COASTAL ROAD
Rehabilitation/Asphalting of Cebu Coastal Road

This 4.2 km stretch of the 8-lane coastal road situated in South Road Properties, Cebu was rehabilitated and finished earlier than the specified contract duration.
​
With the company’s mechanized system, quality throughout the whole stretch was ensured and in fact, maintained up to today.
LAPU-LAPU ARTERIAL ROADS
Construction and Asphalting of Arterial Roads and Causeway

In line with the rapid industrialization of the Mactan Island where the Cebu domestic and international airport is located, coupled with the popular vacation spots for tourists such as beaches and hotels, the Mactan Arterial Road links were widened, concreted, asphalted, and installed with drainage systems.
​
This project stretches 28 kilometers.
OROQUIETA SINDANGAN ASPHALTING

This 27 km highway is located in Dipolog City which leads to neighboring municipalities and provinces.
KALIBO-NABAS ROAD ASPHALTING

This road has a length of 34km which is the main highway between Iloilo City and Municipality of Caticlan, which serves as the access for tourists and locals headed for Boracay Island.
INAYAWAN SANITARY LANDFILL
Construction of Sanitary Landfill at Inayawan

This sanitary landfill covers an area of about fifteen (15) hectares, located at the marsh land along the coast line south of Cebu City.
​
The project consists of reclamation and site development, construction and improvement of access road, construction of earth embankment wall, leachate system, sewerage infrastructures, relative buildings and facilities.
​
This is OECF Foreign funded project is the first in the Philippines and is the only Sanitary Landfill of Cebu City.
CEBU CITY SPORTS COMPLEX

The Cebu City Sports Complex is a modern Olympic-standard sports complex where the Palarong Pambansa (National Olympic Game) was first held in Cebu. Despite the scale of the project, it was completed within 8 months, in time for the Palarong Pambansa.
NEW GUINABASAN BRIDGE
Construction/Replacement of Guinabasan Bridge

Built to replace the dilapidated steel bridge, the New Guinabasan Bridge which spans 110m traverses the Guinabasan River at an elevation of 10m above the river bed, connecting Asturias to Tuburan and other municipalities in the south.
FIRST MANDAUE FLYOVER
Construction of First Mandaue Flyover

This first flyover in Cebu was built and completed in just 85 calendar days out of the contract duration of 180 calendar days. Due to the early time completion, incentive was awarded to the company.
This project was implemented in a Turn-Key basis.
